The universe is evolving. The universal Laws of Nature inform our universe and propel us on our collective journey. Yet their origins are a complete mystery. Life is a constant struggle for order and continuity against the tendencies of entropy. Civilization is an ongoing experiment with no prospect of utopia in sight. So are you and I on a quest for sufficiency. So is my writing a work in progress — not progress toward perfection but progress in order.

Themes and threads of thought recur like segments of a fractal, taking on new meanings in relationship to the different adjacent segments. Yet some elusive common fractal remains hidden within.

This blog site is about me, my ideas, my life and especially my undying search for meaning. Underlying every molecule of my being is my overwhelming sense of awe that comes with profound awareness that existence is a miracle. By default, we should expect that nothing should exist at all.
